Tracy Hills Fire Station No. 95

Project Description

Construction of the new Tracy Hills Fire Station 95 started early September. Project to include construction of approximately 6,987 square feet single story structure. This station is designed in an Agrarian style, which is consistent with the design or the Tracy Hills development. Building includes Bunkrooms, Watch Office, Exercise Room, Day Room, Kitchen and Dining Area. The station includes three drive through apparatus bays. The station design incorporates standards to enhance the protection of the fire fighter from the harmful carcinogens. This new Fire Station is located on the corner of Tracy Hills Blvd. and Chris Mena Way.

Timeline

To minimize the traffic delays and inconveniences to parents and children attending various schools in the project vicinity, the major components of the project will be constructed during non-commute times.  The following is an initial tentative construction schedule.
