Regular Planning Commission meetings are held at 7 PM on the first and third Wednesday of each month in November and December. Special meetings are scheduled on an as-needed basis by the Planning Commission. Meetings are held at the Council Chambers at City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza.

Regular meeting agendas are published at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting. Special meeting agendas are published at least 24 hours in advance. Agendas are posted online. Agendas of all Planning Commission meetings are also available for public viewing at:
