The Tracy Homelessness Advisory Committee (THAC) was established by the City Council on March 16, 2021, to implement the Tracy Homelessness Strategic Plan including the possible amendment of such plan, and address homelessness in the City of Tracy.

The Tracy Homelessness Advisory Committee meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:00 P.M.
