The Mobility (Transit) and Housing Department provides services through the following divisions:

The Mobility (Transit) and Housing Department is a new core service provided by the City of Tracy that plans, manages, and oversees the daily functions, operations, and activities of the City’s Mobility Services (Airport and Transit), Homeless Services, and Economic Development Services. By combining Mobility (Transit) and the City's Homeless Housing program with Economic Development Services, it gives families access to housing options for the most vulnerable population, safe neighborhoods, good schools, better jobs, and long-term health outcomes. The successful integration of each division supports a robust, inclusive, and innovative environment serving all Tracy residents.
