The Tracy Chamber, in partnership with the City of Tracy, is proud to present the annual State of the City event on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. The event will take place at the Grand Theatre Center for the Arts, beginning with networking at 9:00 a.m., then presentations at 9:30 a.m. This year’s theme is: Building Community, Block by Block. This is Mayor Young’s third annual address highlighting the City’s 2022 accomplishments and vision for Tracy’s future. The event will also feature a presentation from Thomas Pogue, Executive Director of the University of the Pacific’s Center for Business and Policy Research.

While this event is geared toward local, regional, and prospective businesses, investors, and developers, the general public is also welcomed to attend.
