Regular Tracy Homelessness Advisory Committee meetings are held at 7 PM on the third Thursday of each month. Special meetings are scheduled on an as-needed basis by the Tracy Homelessness Advisory Committee. Meetings are held at the Council Chambers at City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza.
