Regular Tracy Homelessness Advisory Committee meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. Special meetings are scheduled on an as-needed basis by the Tracy Homelessness Advisory Committee. Meetings are held at City Hall, 333 Civic Center Plaza in the Council Chambers on the first floor.
