Bids will be accepted by the City of Tracy, at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall Second Floor, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, California 95376, until:

Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.

The Project is more specifically defined in the project improvement plans and Contract Documents, but generally includes the following work to be done: Replace Tracy Public Library roofing - shingle (19,000 SF) and thermoplastic membrane (2,700 SF) including gutters, plywood sheathing, fascia and drainage.

Class B, General Building Contractor’s License or C-39 Roofing Contractor’s License is required for this work.

Bids are required for the entire work as described herein, and shall be made upon the Bid Forms included in the attached Bid Documents in accordance with the Notice to Bidders.
