Gretchen Talley Park, phase 3 is an expansion of the existing Gretchen Talley Park.  Within this expansion, the City is proposing to add to the existing Gretchen Talley Park several features, such as a new lawn, landscaping, a decomposed granite path, lighted tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, a park restroom, large and small dog park areas, as well as a possible nature play and outdoor fitness area. The proposed Project is also anticipated to include various other features, including enhancements to pedestrian access to the Park.

Project improvement plans have gone through their first review of plan check with Building Safety and Staff.  Consultant is currently addressing comments and undergoing revisions to the improvement plans. Over the next several months bidding documents will be prepared so once improvement plans are ready, the City can put the project out to bid.
