Park Maintenance
The City of Tracy has two separate divisions that our parks are maintained by, general fund parks and landscape maintenance district parks. The primary differences between the two divisions are the funding sources and the size of the parks.
Over 252 acres of public ground, consisting of City-owned parks, sports facilities and fields, are maintained by the Parks Maintenance Division. There are also 41 landscape maintenance districts throughout town that includes mini parks, streetscape, medians, and residential trees in the landscape districts. The City prides itself in having attractive and safe parks, as well as sports facilities for residents to enjoy.
