City Garage Sale

The City of Tracy of Tracy hosts two City garages sales; one in the Spring and another in the Fall. The garage sales are split between the east and west side of the City with Tracy Blvd as the divider. The two dates for the 2024 garage sales are as follows:

East Side Garage Sale

Saturday, April 20th
Registration deadline: April 5th

West Side Garage Sale

Saturday, September 28th
Registration deadline: September 13th

Registration forms will be available the month before the registration deadline. Once the registration form is completed, it can be emailed to garagesale@cityoftracy.org; hand delivered or mailed to Boyd Service Center - 520 Tracy Blvd, Tracy; or faxed to (209) 831-4472.

This event gives residents and families the opportunity to sell their unwanted items rather than throwing them away. It also supports the reuse and recycling of furniture, appliances, electronics, and other household items that normally are disposed of in a landfill.
