All non-residential users are required to adhere to all local, state, and federal wastewater regulations.

Significant Industrial Users (SIUs), including zero-discharging categorical users, must fill out a Wastewater Discharge Application and turn in to Environmental Compliance.

Environmental Compliance staff will review the application and determine whether the user needs a permit and what course of action, if any, to take.
